This hotel is a jungle paradise on the beach! The rooms are so beautifully designed, clean, and natural feeling. We stayed in a standard room on the second level and our bathroom had a skylight! We were treated so kindly by Steph, who made our stay 10x more special. She was helpful at every turn and deserves all the praise!

Delek was a perfect experience from start to finish. The staff was more than accommodating and made my birthday extra special with the sweetest touches. Where do we even begin? The staff was incredible, food amazing, rooms amazing. Unforgettable experience at the beach club soaking up the sun all day and into the evening. 5 stars. Shout out to Edguardo, rodrigo, Jonathan, topa, manuel, (Chile I'll call her), and ALL STAFF. Security was on point. Heaven on earth! We will return next year

Staff was amazing, the drinks and food mixed with the ambience was next level. Peaceful and pet friendly. Lost my wallet in the middle of the night with about 200 people around and it was turned into security with nothing missing. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The worst part of this trip was having to leave. We will definitely be coming back.

Upon arrival, the service was incredibly friendly from the start. They even dressed room to celebrate my birthday The staff are extremely accommodating. The location is situated near clubs and restaurants. Partial ocean view room was lovely, the daily coffee/tea they bring to your room in the morning is such a nice touch! Breakfast on the beach was amazing. I'd go back again when visiting Tulum
