The hotel smelled really damp or mildewed. Front desk Staff not friendly at all. We had a car accident on the way to the hotel. No one from the hotel asked if we’re ok. I didn’t want to even asked questions. It was 2 guys at the front maybe working a 12 hour shift, not friendly at all! At one point maybe 2 ladies came to help still not a smile a hello a good bye a welcome…. Nothing… The security staff was very friendly. I didn’t like room service they brought the meal with no utensils to eat with. I love the area great walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Housekeeping was the best always friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed at several Alofts never felt so invisible. I loved my one bedroom with a terrace.

Aloft Tulum property is amazing and close to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and more. The staff is very helpful, and able to get you a taxi right away! 10/10 recommend. I would stay here again!

i was in Tulum on business and required Internet . I finally had to have the front desk log into their Internet for a one time use. The general wifi was not password protected .OOCH. im a Binvoy member but did not have my log in and password with me . in short no one cared to assist . in my numerous stays at the Hotel the facility was managed properly i may change Hotels next trip but assuming their Wifi is working and their is some help will return. in the past ive had no issues and enjoyed the Hotel .
