So cute. Loved our stay.
Only issue was air conditioner leaked water on my daughter tie dye sweatshirt which leaked red color on my white shirt below it. Room A.
One other issue was a male black cat that sprayed its urine on my hanging cover-up on our deck. Stray animals around!! Part of the boho vibe I guess. 🙂
That was pretty gross, as I saw the cat actually do this.
But everything else was great! Loved the location, loved our breakfast every morning. Roy was great!
Our room was cleaned well everyday.
Such a cute place conveniently located on the ocean.
Just what we needed. Beautiful beach, and palapas.
Close to many many restaurants, bike rentals, shops.
One other issue was the traffic on this 2 lane road, going in and out of town. I was always super busy . Be careful when crossing street!!!
I guess this town is getting pretty popular. But access in and out is narrow and limited.
Bicyclists take their chances with this traffic. Trucks taxis etc. But we did love the location and our place, Punta Piedra, besides this. Loved the constant Island music we heard. Nice. Didn’t keep us awake. Beautiful cute room, a little tight, but loved it. So cute, loved the netting over bed. .

This was a true beach property. Sand to your door step. Breakfast in best beachy open air room with your feet in the sand. Our room was very cute, but sort of in a dark corner. I tried to switch but they were full! It was still good. Front desk staff so accommodating and friendly.

Great staff
The staff and service were great and very nice. The place was cozy and cute and we also felt very safe there. Prices are quite reasonable so some of the amenities are less than what you might get at other places but we were happy with it.

Better than expected
Location:Great coffee shop right across the street; there are bikes and scooter rentals right next door to the hotel.
This hotel was amazing, perfect place to stay if you want to relax and slow down. The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room and the facility was always spotless. The beach was pretty much to ourselves and the hotel restaurant ended up being our favorite in all of Tulum.
If we go back, we will definitely be staying here again.
Simply walk outside to smell the salt air and watch the ocean waves from the white sand beach. Lie back and work on your tan with relaxing beach amenities like umbrellas and sun loungers. Free breakfast is available daily. Along with a restaurant, there's a coffee shop/cafe on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. This beach hotel also offers an outdoor pool, a garden, and a terrace. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 3-star Tulum hotel.
