We spend our mini vacay in Tulum and stayed in Cocolimited the service was amazing Lily and the staff were helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Lilly gave us ideas of what we could and they also offer events. The property is perfect right on the beach a couple of beach clubs along but all great. They do offer Covid test at the Hotel if needed. I highly suggest this Hotel for comfort and pleasure.

Service was excellent. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and neat. Beach and grounds were clean and well maintained. Food was very good.

This hotel is very very basic. The room was clean, but there was rust on the mirror and in the fixtures in the shower. The room was only about $110 USD when I booked so you can beat the price. They call this a luxury hotel, but it isnt. Its very basic. I stayed at one of the Ana y Jose last time and it was much nicer but also 3 times as much money! The beach is very nice. The restaurant closes early, so you cant eat there but you can eat at their sister property. However the other property doesnt have bathrooms in the room, they are shared. This is why they call this property their luxury property. If you are looking for a clean basic place to stay that is close to all the restaurants and clubs on a great beach this is a good deal. If you like more luxury this is not your place.

Avoid at all costs

Booked as an executive get-away. Rude and terrible customer service. Poorly maintained property - bugs and dirty. Totally misrepresented in photos. Maybe it was just my room but I wouldn't risk it.
