Villa : Located on Jalan Sri Wedari 2.6 Km North of Ubud Central and Art markets , in traditional Balinese village temples. Villa outlook is directly onto rice paddies and temples.

Downstairs: Open plan living room, kitchen and dining room, with French windows opening onto pool deck to garden & pool. Water dispenser in kitchen. Comfortable furniture with lounge seating for six people, breakfast bar stools and dinind table with seating 8 people. 14 meter high ceiling above the lounge to exposed beams and Balinese wooden tile roof giving an amazing feeling of space and light. Toilet Downstairs and outdoor shower for pool. Ceiling fans in dining area. TV Screen 120 cm with home theater, DVD Player, Cable TV and connectivity for iPad3, CD player/ tuner/ Bluetooth connectivity to play your own music through the sound system. Fully functional kitchen with gas oven & Burners, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dry cabinet, electric mixer, blender/ food processor, stickmaster, steamer, coffee dripolator, rice cooker, toaster, espresso machine, milk frother, electric frying pan, electric kettle. plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, saucepan and pots.

Outdoor : 5.5 m x 3.5 m plunge pool, max depth 1.6 m with Spa Jets. Balinese gazebo with day bed , small garden and pond. Guests with children MUST note that there is no security Fence around the pool.

Additional: All linen and towels provided. Two additional foldout beds are available if required. Portable massage table for in house massage. The Villa is self-catering. Breakfast is NOT included. Town water is connected but a drinking water dispenser is supplied. Electricity 240V with Diesel generator backup. Universal power adaptors provided on request.

Staff : Villa Manager on site for cleaning, security and maintenance of the Villa and reasonable Qty of Guest laundry.

The villa is a tranquil, rural setting with views onto rice fields and temples.

Walking distance to Ubud Center approx 30 mins or 10 Mins by car or motor bike.
The Villa has private parking , free on premises.
Airport transfer can be arranged for approx US$ 35 each way ( standard vehicle 4 passengers)

Guest access:
Entire villa access except Manager's flat. Laundry operated by Manager. Backup generator if needed operated by villa staff.
