"Had a great time and especially the morning house keeper Mei Ling. I dunno if I spelled it correctly but she is a ray of sunshine! She is a keeper! She loves what she does and she is kind to us. The buffet was spectacular but one of our companions slipped on the floor and was not offered any compensation but a bag of cold compress. The pool is good, the staff at the resto were attentive. The the Tarik guy is A+ also the guy who was serving koi roti."

However, to make it nicer I would have expected: the room to be bigger (looks smaller than the description), the pool at Level 3 to be open (wrong time of the year to be in the hotel), the lobby to feel a bit more welcoming (hotel entrance in a parking basement floor-ish, and the lobby/checking desk area not really a warm atmosphere)"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly staff and superb facilities! Bedrooms were spacious, loved the rainfall shower heads, and the on-site restaurant was Devine! The little hubs in the lift lobby’s to help yourself to tea and cofffee facilities was a bonus and pool towels supplied! Loved the swim up bar and enjoyed our cocktails poolside! Definitely going back to this hotel as it exceeded all our expectations!!! Totally pampered."

"Everything is great except that it bothers me that I see dustballs, dead mosquitoes on top of bedside lamp, cobwebs on the wooden ceiling in the living area and a flickering light in bedroom. These kind of fall short pf what I expected from a 5 star hotel"

"Breakfast Menu is OK but not "wow". But seems not ideal as there is long queue getting into breakfast hall and the air-condition is weak (so a bit hot)."
