It is also close to a stop for the hop on and hop off Big Bus route which is recommended too."

"A great location with a MRT station only 5 minutes walk away. Chinatown is about a 10 to 15 minute walk while there are countless places to dine within a few minutes. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. I'll certainly stay at the Carlton City Hotel when I next visit Singapore."
