The apartment was in a great location near everything. It was clean and the host gave good directions for checking in. The only negative was the beds in the second bedroom were incredibly uncomfortable. I thought I was sleeping on a boxspring not a mattress.
The property was nice and clean. The location was great, close to shopping and food and just 5 minutes from the Rialto stop. For arrival, they sent us a detailed email with maps and photographs of the area, the door, and the code for the lockbox.
This would have been a great stay if the AC would have worked. The apartment comes with 3 AC units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen area. One of the bedroom ones never worked from arrival day. The unit in the living area was working, but had to be restarted several times because it was stopping randomly even though the temperature was still warm.It didn't bother us since they kept the apartment relatively cool. On day 3, we arrived back to a very warm apartment because the unit in the living room stopped working. The apartment is on the 4th floor and it got very hot. When traveling with 4 kids, it was uncomfortable and they had a hard time sleeping. In the morning, we contacted the owner and they offered to send a technician. We were already gone for the day but we gave permission for the technician to go in our absence. In the evening, we arrived to a very hot apartment again. No technician ever showed up. We tried contacting the owner again, but they stopped responding. We asked for a partial credit because the accommodations were not as described, but the owner refused and stopped responding. We didn't mind paying the price, but we definitely didn't get the value we were promised!
