Great stay, excellent view & ease of accessibility

It was the perfect spot. Not too far from the train station, the vaporetto stations, gondolas and bus stations. We got the top floor and it was an awesome view. From sunrise to evening views of Venice, it was amazing. The staff was more than helpful and helped us when we need direction and help with getting to the airport. Awesome free breakfast and it was near some of the hidden gems of Venice! A definite, place to consider!

THE Place to Stay in Venice!

This is THE PLACE to stay in Venice! Why would you choose anywhere else? Amazing location for in and out travel from the station, perfect and modern bathroom Hans Groehe fixtures, and a very fair price. Wonderful front desk staff and smack in the middle of the city! Can’t wait to return!

2 night stay in January

Very easy to locate on arrival at train station and close to bus station. Tourist info office close by. Great base for exploring Venice. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful with local information. Comfortable rooms, nicely fitted bathrooms and quality towels. I had a couple of problems with my room (TV and internal phone), to which the staff responded swiftly and happily. I was moved to a new room! The safe battery needed replacing during my stay and again the maintenance person resolved this quickly. Would stay again.

Pretty hotel, well placed. Not great smell.

Well placed hotel, comfortable bed, clean. Only issue was slow check in not sure why and there’s a sulphur smell throughout the hotel especially in bedrooms. May just be Venice? But don’t remember that in other hotels here.

They were excellent and very kind.. Room was clean and very classy. Staff was supportive and answered any questions I had. They stored my bags the day we arrived in the morning and the day when we were set to leave but there was a train strike and we were delayed and stuck in town for a few extra hours. If I come back to Venice. I would stay here again.

Location is great. Just a short walk to the train station and the bus station. Breakfast is spectacular. Thanks to Angela, the receptionist who checked us in and out, for a very good recommendation for dinner.

This hotel Is convenient and close to both the train and bus station, only problem is they DO NOT have air conditioning and suggest you open the windows. Other than that the hotel is good for a quick stay!
