The rooms were clean, a nice size, and the technology available was great! The common area was one of the most beautiful common areas I’ve come across in a hotel. The staff was amazing! Very friendly, professional, and always went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They have a dedicated WhatsApp number that allows for very efficient help from the concierge and front desk.

The level of care by the staff was outstanding. Truly five star experience. From arranging transfers to accommodating our needs they were incredible. Beds were a bit firm for our taste but we still slept like babies after busy days touring.

Classy, elegant and modern yet with all the Venetian charm retained. Staff were excellent. Well done Larissa, Joelle, Alexandra. A bit of a walk to Realto Bridge (25 minutes) and San Marco Square (35 minutes) but lots of activity nearby and ideal for those not looking to be in the main tourist centre.
