The property is almost entirely overlooking the Grand Canal and the independent entrance from the private garden will immediately make you appreciate its beauty.

The building does not have an elevator.

On the ground floor, we find a large common area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room available to guests.

The rooms with contemporary and elegant style furnishings are all equipped with air conditioning, heating, refrigerator, closet or closet, hairdryer, and Satellite TV; each with a fully equipped private bathroom with shower.



Deluxe Double: Room located on the second floor. It has a queen-size bed, closet, and accessorized bathroom with a shower.

The room is suitable for a maximum of two persons.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

The property is located on the main street of Venice called Strada Nova which connects the Santa Lucia train station to Rialto and then ends in Campo dei Santi Apostoli. The location is optimal and convenient to reach the station and Piazzale Roma thanks to the various means of transportation.
