Come stay at our NEWLY renovated, 410 sq ft cozy studio condo at the Appalachian, which offers slopeside accommodations right at the base of Vernon Peak. The studio comes with a KING size bed, Queen size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, gas fireplace and top floor valley views. Our guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna (open all seasons), underground parking, family game room and state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy a special getaway for a couple, small group or family!

Relax in the cozy decor as you wind down your evening with a 55" flat screen TV equipped with Roku for logging into your favorite streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video. The studio has fast & reliable Wi-Fi.

The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove-top, mini-fridge, microwave and a Keurig with complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa for a cozy night in.

The area has Dunkin, CVS, local restaurants (dine-in and food delivery options available) and ACME Supermarket (with a Starbucks) about a mile away. And is also, a short walk to the Red Tail Lodge (a Winter staple) which offers a variety of dining and bar options close by.

This cozy studio is also a short drive (4 miles) from Crystal Springs Spa as well as wineries, golf courses (some of which are Minerals, Crystal Springs, Black Bear, Great Gorge), horseback riding and beautiful walking trails. Another short drive (5 miles) is Pochuck Valley Farms where you can enjoy pear (Sept 1- Sept 30), apple (Aug 1 - Oct 31) and peach (Jul 14 - Sept 15) picking. *All dates are approximate and are subject to change, check timing with Pochuck Valley Farms ahead of your visit.*

Legoland, which is a new theme park in Goshen, NY (officially opened Jul 2021) is about a 30 min drive (20 miles) and is great for the whole family. The park features whimsical themes like Lego Pirates, Brick Street, Lego City and Lego Castle.

A fan favorite, Warwick, NY is located just 10 miles North which has great restaurants, small town gift shopping and the famous Warwick Drive-In movie theater.

• Contactless check-in (no hotel registration) and keyless entry (unique key code assigned for door)
• Free underground garage parking for ONE vehicle
• Provided with ONE car tag & ONE garage keycard used to access garage, pool, fitness center and side doors
• Check-in after 3PM / Check-out 11AM
• Early check-ins may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on occupancy from the previous night
• We do not offer late check-outs. Unscheduled guest check-outs will be charged $75/hour
• We provide 4 bath towels for the duration of your stay--and you are welcome to use one or more towels for the outdoor pool, hot tub, and/or sauna. Towels must be brought back to the condo after each use of the outdoor facilities. Additional towels will not be provided.
• The Appalachian and Mountain Creek are now a cashless resort, please plan accordingly
• Due to COVID-19 and extra safety precautions some amenities in the resort may be closed
• Occasionally the house cleaner will need to drop off linens and place them in the owner's closet, if this poses an issue please reach out ahead of your check-in date to let us know

• We accept responsible guests who are 21 and over (children with parents are allowed)
• Maximum permitted occupancy is 4 guests
• No parties of any kind are permitted
• Pets and smoking are not allowed. Both are restricted by the hotel
• Lost car tags will be automatically charged a $100 fee and lost keycards will be automatically charged a $50 fee
• No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other events that are beyond our control
• Candles and incense burning are not allowed
