I had a great experience ! Staff was courteous and respectful. Always smiling ! Location was great. Our neighbors were a bit noisy but we ended up making friends with them so all in all.. my stay was perfect.

Great hotel

Absolutely enjoyed the accommodations and room. Bed was comfy very spacious and clean. Many options for things to do in area perfect for partying in mo town. Very annoyed in the morning avout breakfast online it says its free... and its not so that was a very annoying factor into my check out morning. No signs nothing stating it was a buffet fee of 20$. Pretty unhappy. I was also unhappy they told me parking would be free and it cost 14$. Im not cheap but dont wheel me in by stating all these bonuses to stay here and then charge me. Could have stayed at the same quality with a lot less fees a mile or two away and took an uber.

Nice hotel but walls are paper thin

Pros: Appearance
Cons: Separate guests more throughout the entire hotel
Overall the hotel is nice. Great location and the amenities are very nice. However, you can NOT play music or have friends in a room because you will probably get in trouble for a being too loud. It was extremely disappointing to be asked to be quiet twice when the music was not loud at all and my friends and I were simply talking. Maybe only count on this hotel to crash and not to pre game. It was ridiculous

Absolutely enjoyed my stay

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
Pleasantly surprised about my stay. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the walls are pretty thin so you can hear toilets flushing and muffled conversations

Always consistently good

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: can be noisy
I have stayed at the Hyatt Morristown 3 or 4 times and am always pleased with my stay. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the staff is very helpful and the free breakfast with my AAA discount more than pays for my AAA membership. My only gripe is that I always seem to be near the party rooms, but I do believe Security addressed the situation.

Best luxury hotel for the price

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
I highly recommend this hotel. We got a single price for the Room + Internet + Breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic - Omlet bar, assorted fresh fruit, hot dishes and fresh breads - all Free!

The room was most comfortable.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: no free wifi
We had our daughter's wedding at this hotel when it was Head Quarters Plaza. It was a lovely hotel then and it has only improved with age.

This place is the future. Loved it.

While I am sure the building has been there since 85 or so.. you would not tell from the inside or more interestingly enough the lay out. We have a 20 storie midrise building attached to a movie theatre small walking mall and whatever you could ever want.... I found it amazing. Then the town was 10 feet from the door of this place. Sorta the furture..everything in one beautiful laid out space. \n\nI was there on business but I could see the value of bringing kids here...you can really keep the tabs on them.\n\nBeds were amazing they were those tripled sheeted jobs, like "10" pillows...great views from my room. Modern-clean-nonlivedin look.
