Heat/ac unit so loud there was note in room with 1 set of earplugs and sorry for inconvenience note - really? Fix the noisy in room hvac unit - and bottled water in room $3 after premium room price - cmon - pls build into room price -

We ended up staying here during a snow storm and the hotel staff was extremely prepared. They had the side walks and driveway completely cleared by early morning. The bartender was wonderful and the room itself was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if needed.
