"Beautiful resort with even more beautiful staff. The rooms are spacious, the family and kids pool is a great size that it doesn’t feel crowded. The beach is wonderful for a swim. The food on offer at all onsite restaurants are delicious. Definitely recommended and looking forward to returning. "

"Check in was long. It took some time for staff to figure out if a room was free when we arrived around 7 am. Receptionist seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Multiple calls to someone and eventually told a room would be ready in 45 minutes. Of course it wasnt. More like 90 minutes but not after more phone calls back and forth with front desk staff lookong puzzled. Next time i will try the Gateway hotel."

"Resort is in dire need of renovation, with multiple issues/appliances falling apart etc. The kids don't care though, still loved it. Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."
