We loved our stay. Condo was so clean, comfortable, beautiful and had anything you could need. We can’t wait to watched the beautiful sunsets from the lanai again. The infinity pool was gorgeous as well. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Great location for day trips!

This villa was so well appointed, spacious and a great location. We loved having the shops in walking distance, beaches not far away and relaxing on the lanai in the morning and night. It was so clean and was completely updated - bathrooms were beautiful, kitchen had everything and washer/drawer was a huge plus.

Beautiful Condo in Amazing Location

We absolutely loved our time at this gorgeous condo in Waikoloa! It looked just like the pictures, is in immaculate condition and is perfect for any family of 5. The location couldn’t be better just a 5 minute walk to the King Shops, multiple restaurants, the Island Market and the Marriott. We walked to the Easter Brunch at the Marriott! The view at night is gorgeous and the lights on the patio are perfect. The pool isn’t large but my kids still loved it. We have traveled all over the US, the Caribbean and this is our second trip to Hawaii so we’re not new to travel, hotels or Short term rentals. We highly recommend staying here!

The Best!!

From the actual property to the communication, everything was perfect! The condo is at a convenient location where you can walk to the Queen Market Place in minutes. The kitchen is well equipped with various appliances and spices (you have to get your own cooking oil, salt/ sugar). Inside their garage, you can find a few boogie boards and beach chairs, couple umbrellas, beach toys and even life jackets. Lots of nice touches and decor throughout the unit. Our favorite party was ordering take outs and dine at the balcony while enjoying the view. Wil definitely reutrn next time we visit the Big Island!

Top Quality Condo

My assumption is this condo was recently remodeled. All of the finishes are top quality, as good or better than the 5-star resort down the road we stayed in last week. It is also beautifully appointed and decorated. So comfortable, spacious, and has just about everything you could need! We loved the top floor location which has the cute loft with two twin beds and vaulted living room ceilings. Greatly appreciated the abundance of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards! No Ocean view from here, but nice quiet golf course and palm trees and walkable to King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. Easy process with gate and door codes sent in advance. Lovely pool and hot tub. One nit picky thing: they provide shampoo but not conditioner (boo) so be sure to pack your own. The showers are really beautiful like the rest of the place though!

Waikoloa Paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa at the Fairway Villas! The condo was very clean, recently remodeled, equipped with everything we needed (Including a great selection of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc) and a very quite top floor / end unit!! The location was perfect for exploring different beaches and the activities we planned. There was plenty of dining / shopping within walking distance and our helicopter trip launched from less than two miles from the condo. We hope to stay here again soon.

I spent my mid century modern birthday at this beautiful mid century modern condo - tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed. The property is in a very well maintained complex. Sunsets from the lanai

We stayed at this property during the Ironman race and it proved to be a fantastic place for so many reasons! Location was perfect to catch our son during the bike portion of the race, it is a 10 minute walk to beautiful A-Bay Beach, has an amazing market and coffee place within walking distance, is near so many great beaches and restaurants and the lanai faces the sunset! The unit is beautiful and set up was perfect for various family members- master bath was huge and luxurious and all the beds were super comfortable! It was nice to have a garage as well as visitor parking. And the chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc available made our trips to the beach super easy! Would highly recommend and would stay again!

I traveled here with my husband and in laws and we were all impressed. The condo is beautiful, clean, organized and full of everything we needed and then some. This was the most well stocked VRBO or short term rental I have ever stayed at. We would stay here again. For the coffee people: there is a flat bottom auto drip coffee maker and a coffee grinder in the condo. (No coffee provided) At the time we stayed, there were paper filters available.

Great Condo and Location

The condo was in a great location..walking distance to the Kings and Queens shopping centers. It was clean, quiet, and had a great view of the golf course and lake. The kitchen was appointed with everything needed to cook in and the decor and furnishings were updated and beautiful. There is a one car garage available or, if you choose to park outside, there are multiple “visitor” parking spots available. The garage now has 4 adult beach chairs (we added one) and a smaller beach chair, lots of snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. We had a fabulous, month-long stay, and we definitely would book here again.
