Very good continental breakfast. Enjoyed utilizing the common areas for eating, drinking tea, playing cards. Different feel than a hotel. Thick towels. (Bathroom curtain could use replaced) Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to other travelers.

It was a nice central location for us to base out of, to explore Vermont, Close to Waterbury, Stowe, Thunder Road in Barre. Very Nice Continental Breakfast. Cozy Room, no TV in the Room, but a Nice Comfortable Room overall

Quaint, but not functional! While the room itself was fine, the bathroom itself was behind a bifold door with only room to pivot between the shower, toilet and sink. The shower was so tiny and it took 7 minutes to get hot water! It’s also difficult to wash face or brush teeth at the tiny sink without hitting your elbow off the wall. The traffic was loud overnight and despite having the blind down to the windowsill, there was a light outside that was shining brightly all night. We only made it 1 night despite booking for 2 nights. We were miserable!

Typical 19th century inn—creaky floors, no tv’s in rooms—the owner has updated the heating & cooling system so room was comfortable. Only 1 towel per person, and gotta go downstairs for morning coffee.

Booked 2 rooms. One room the deadbolt did not work and the shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. Also pedestal sink had almost no room for toiletries. Other room the toilet seat was cracked and pinched you. Left note with the desk, all they did was put duct tape on it. Also never saw anyone at the desk after we checked in, for two days. TV in common area was froze on guide, but there was no one around to ask for help.

Overall our stay was nice! Our biggest issue was how loud our bed was. It creeked everytime you tossed or turned. And it was pretty obnoxious! Other than that it was cute and clean!

Farmers Market located across street. Nice continental breakfast. The hosts were very hospitable. The room was nice. Would stay here again. Ben & Jerry’s factory tour about 15 miles away.

I love this beautiful old farm house! It’s charming and cozy and always easy to navigate your stay. Only reason I didn’t rate the facility as excellent is because it doesn’t have an elevator or readily accessible, should you need that. But the stairs are just part of its charm.
