The room felt like it was set aside for emergencies only, did not feel Iike a 4 star hotel at all. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off, the hot water kept going on us while showering, and the heater was making the loudest rattling noise while we were trying to sleep. This was supposed to be our “rest stop” after driving for 6 hours with two toddlers. Definitely not the rest we were expecting. Very disappointed.

Room could be in better condition, didnt have a glass bathroom shower, could use better newer model smart tvs to connect device such as fire stick and gaming console. Heat not working properly. Way too pricey for the lack on amenities and quality i paid for. Expected a more luxury suite experience

Room wasn't good, the air conditioning sucked, everything was extremely dusty. The water pressure sucked, toilet didn't flush properly. One of the drawers kept opening. No proper breakfast, the market would make breakfast for us every morning when asked, but they didn't have more than half the breakfast items available on the menu after clearly telling us "you can choose anything from the menu" and instructions kept changing with the person manning the counter that day. Only good thing about the place was the staff - housekeeping was very nice, polite and did their best.
