Staff was kind, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent. My only 2 complaints, which are not biggies, are that the beds are not comfortable and that i didnt like being harrassed daily to buy a vacation package for hilton. I would however stay here again.

The bathroom sink wasn't working, filling up without draining, even after the room service person promised to send an engineer to fix it. Also we woke up to our phones not charged because the outlets by the bedside turned out to be not working.

showerhead needs to be renewed. breakfast is very basic can be healthier and needs more vegetables, cheeses. for the price of the room it should definitely be richer in variety and proper coffee (espresso, cappuccino etc.) Also I was not aware there would be a deposit. it was a very hefty deposit.

The room was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only feedback I have is that during breakfast, the bussers were slow at cleaning tables. Some morning it was hard to find an empty table that didnt have dirty plates all over it. It was frustrating to see dirty tables and staff standing around not cleaning them up
