"If you're choosing this hotel because of the Marriott brand and its reputation, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The property itself is fairly new, and that shows in some positive ways. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the management and overall service are extremely disappointing. The problems start as soon as you request anything. For example, I specifically requested room cleaning for a particular date and time, and I was assured it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel, the room had not been cleaned at all. When I asked why the service had not been provided, I received conflicting explanations. First, I was given a reason for the delay, but after checking further, the front desk claimed that no cleaning request had been submitted. When I explained that the receptionist had written down my request on a Post-it note, they changed their explanation again and said that housekeeping requests are only accepted after the third day of a guest's stay. The staff seem to rely heavily on Post-it notes for tracking requests, which may explain the lack of coordination and accountability. In addition, the exterior corridors were dirty, and the elevator was out of service during our stay. Since we were staying on the fourth floor, we had to use the stairs every time, which was very inconvenient."

"We didnt get breakfast because it didnt open until 7a.m. and we had to leave before then. The pictures on Hotels.com are much better than the actual hotel looks. The staff was nice and helped us when our tv wasnt working. Room was clean and quiet. Would stay there again"
