I was charged an extra $2.28 after check-in for safe and keys but wasn't notified of the charge. When I asked for a copy of where it identified the additional charge, they weren't able to provide it and wouldn't reverse it. Staff was slow at check-in and rude when I asked for the $2.28 to be reversed. "

"Bed was terrible, very firm mattress. They were having an issue with heat when we checked in, I guess there was a town wide issue. TV did not work in our room. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was good. Check-in and check out were easy and quick. "

We were puzzled about the following renovations: a see through glass door on the shower and the toilet was adjacent, a large empty corner in the room were an oversized chair should have been (the only place to sit was the bed or 1 desk chair, and limited parking due to construction debris and storage containers."
