Tenantâs Responsibility The tenant must immediately report any damage or breakage during their stay. The tenant is responsible for all damages to the property during the rental period (except construction defects, lack of maintenance, or natural disasters). Furniture and objects must be used with care and only for their intended purpose. The tenant may not assign rental rights or sublet the property.
Stay Respect the number of occupants listed in the booking. Any additional guests must be approved by the owner (extra fees may apply). Respect the check-in time (early arrival possible (if available): $50 at 12:00 pm). Respect the check-out time (late departure possible (if available): $50 at 2:00 pm). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet (cigarettes, cannabis, vaping, etc.). Cleaning fees will apply if not respected. Walk inside without shoes whenever possible. Dry off before entering and do not sit on furniture with wet clothing. Leave the chalet and game room in the same condition as upon arrival. Wash dishes, empty the dishwasher, and return items. Place all used sheets and towels in the laundry basket. Keep doors closed and lock all exterior doors at departure. Do not place hot items directly on counters or tables. Return games, books, and equipment to their place. Only toilet paper may be flushed.
Pets Your pet is welcome with a fee of $65 per stay per pet (maximum 2 pets)
Pets are not allowed on the chalet furniture. Pets must not be a noise nuisance to the neighbors. You are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of your petâs waste. Any form of negligence will be penalized. Thank you for taking care of the chalet and the neighborhood.
Parties, Music & Noise Large parties are prohibited. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume (not disturbing neighbors). Noise is prohibited before 8:00 am and after 10:30 pm. Fireworks are prohibited.
Outdoor Rules Put outdoor furniture back in place and store cushions safely. Tents and trailers are not allowed unless approved by the owner (extra fee may apply). Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area (no street parking). Never leave indoor or outdoor fires unattended. Fires are only permitted in designated areas. Check if outdoor fires are allowed during your stay. Close the parasol when not in use. Children must always be supervised (fires, spa, river). Respect property boundaries (do not enter neighboring lots).
BBQ Turn off the propane tank after use. Remain present while using the BBQ. Never bring the BBQ inside the chalet.
Spa After 10:00 pm, whisper only in the spa. Never leave children alone or allow them to handle the spa. No glass or hard dishware (cans only; plastic cups available in the kitchen). Never pour drinks into the spa. Contaminated water will result in draining/refilling fees. Be cautious: steps and surrounding areas may be slippery. Open and close the spa cover carefully (preferably with two people). Any damage will be charged. Do not walk or sit on the cover.

I really like the view of the chalet, which was the best side of the river. The nice spectacular SPA close to the chale.
Also it has so many kinds of facilities, helped us to enjoy more and the host was accessible and available during staying at chalet.
