I have to say it was terrible. Mainly because I had to call the front desk two times due to the fact that first the main phone in the room was not working so Iâd use my cell phone. And then they have no ice at all offered in the hotel, you have to go to the grocery store or the gas station. Which is not fun when you get there late and have to then go drive somewhere to get ice. Iâve never had that happen in a hotel before. Also we turned the TV on and there was no guide to watch any channels. So I had to call the front desk about that. Then all of a sudden our TV stopped working. So they had to bring me a new one. It was just very low end and I will never stay there again. (Our Tiny TV)
For the first time in my life, I had the entire hotel to myself, yes, not even a soul overnight. I guess the low season couldn't come any lower. But otherwise, the property is at a great location right off the front street. The manager and her assistant were very friendly and helpful, when they were there.
The rooms were cute and clean. It was more like a motel, with stairs only to access rooms. There was no ice machine, no dressers for storage, and sadly the wine bar was always closed. Staff was friendly, but not sure I would stay again for the price.
The price of the room was peak but the bed was very old, sunken in, and somewhat stiff. The bed definitely needs an upgrade. Probably my fault for not checking where the property was at. Paying peak and getting a view of the street and parking lot, kept the curtains closed for the weekend. Fireplace was nice. Everything worked.
We have stayed at the Leavenworth Inn a number of times. The location is great near the action in Leavenworth. The rooms are clean and is always an enjoyable experience.
The location to town was great but almost $1500.00 for 3 nights I would expect a nicer more updated room. The furniture seemed like it came from a garage sale. The sofa had plywood under the cushions and was very uncomfortable. I was willing to move hotels and loose my money the last night. Unfortunately this hotel was the only one in town with availability. The staff was nice but I would never stay here again.
