Morning light glows through floor-to-ceiling windows as snow settles quietly on the evergreens outside. After a day on the slopes, you return to the warmth of a crackling fireplace, ski boots tucked away in the mudroom, and mountain views stretching beyond the treetops. Evenings unfold in the hot tub beneath crisp alpine air while the peaks fade into dusk.
Set high in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this ski access home sits 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, offering forest surroundings and panoramic mountain views. A private entrance, smart lock self check-in, and free parking garage on premises make arrivals seamless.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms provide space for up to 13 guests. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. The seventh bedroom offers a single bed, crib, and ensuite with a shower and bathtub combo. • Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
