Front desk was nice. Room had no Mountain View as described. Room was old, needs an upgrade. No security. One of the male housekeeper unlocked our room door knowing my wife was in the room alone. She was looking for laundry not knowing it was in the room. He recognized her from earlier after he dropped off sheets. She was told by front desk that the laundry was on 4th flr. She saw a female housekeeper to ask about laundry & was told each unit had one. Not long after, the same man appeared on the 4th floor & the female housekeeper told him that my wife was looking for laundry. He offered to show her the laundry in the unit. Had a brief convo & she mentioned we left to go snowboarding. After showing her, he asked, if she needed anything, while “scoping” the room. She asked for a blanket, a couple mins later she heard the door code beeping to unlock. She reported to front desk & ask for new code but was told housekeeping had master code. She didn’t want to leave the room thinking if she returned before us he’d be hiding inside. She double-locked, covered the peep hole & put a chair. We were at an end room & there is an outside door that leads to the room so no one could see in the hallways if someone was in front of the door. We later went to front desk to tell them in person & was told, “He thought no one was in the room.” My wife told them it was a total lie since he walked her to room & knew she was alone. Won’t stay here again because my family felt so unsafe!
Room was clean but old. The sofabed was not that comfortable. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the village

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Everything was great - comfortable beds, properly equipped kitchen, salt, pepper, detergent, sponge, teas, coffee, were a nice touch. Needs improvement:
- No skillet in the kitchen,
- Noisy heater turning on / off,
- Bathroom sink partially clogged.
Clean room and close to the main village area. Easy check-in and facilities were good.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The central heating system is extremely noisy. Even if you turn off the heater in your room, the sound continues, and I couldn’t sleep for two nights. The staff kindly came after midnight and sealed the vent, which finally fixed the problem. It seems to be an issue with the building being old, so noise-sensitive guests may struggle in winter.
On the positive side, the staff were very kind, and the pool and hot tub were great. If the heating noise doesn’t bother you, you might enjoy your stay.
The hotel was dated and basic amenities. Hallway walls were taped up with plastic in several spots and the pool and hot tub were drained which was not well communicated during booking or I would have likely chosen to stay elsewhere. Definitely looks much nicer in photos online than in person!
