It's a nice hotel but not as classy as 1 would think.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
We did enjoy our stay with our 2 younger children. The location was great. The biggest downfall I seen was in the dinning room & pool . When people are paying 100$ for 2 people to have lunch and a glass of wine, the waitresses shouldn't look like they just rolled out of bed. Other then that we found it pretty good. The pool was hard to stay in, in September, I think it could've been warmer since it is outside, and it gets chilly early & doesn't warm up until 2. The guy at the concierge desk is awesome, the lady not so much.Try their prime rib sandwich for lunch! It's great.

was very comfy and cozy

I found the chateau whistler was an excellent choice for us. The rooms are clean, the service is good, the beds are soooo comfortable and the amenities are perfect. Everything is walking distance i didn't need my car. The hote also has valet for sking and snowboarding equipment and with lift right outside my window it was perfect. The food was unbelievable and the variety of choices extensive. I loved that I didn't need to leave the hotel if I didn't feel like it. I could walk downtstairs and use the spa, gym, eat, and even get in a little shopping if I wanted to. I would definelty book the chateau whistler again an excellent hotel!

Amazing!

Pros: Easy access to parking from room. Accommodations extraordinary! Service outstanding!
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel.
Location: Great location and beautiful! I liked it because it was close enough to walk to downtown activities, yet far enough away to avoid congestion downtown

The consierge and staff are great

The consierge Demien was great, he was Amigabl, he knew a lot about dinning out and in general about the town, he was really accommodating, we met the other consierge and they were good as well expert for One girl who's blonde I didn't get her name but she wasn't accommodating at all she was rather rude, everything else great the restaurant is delicious the grill is amazing and the ski staff are also really nice! Great location at top of village.

Great reception and we were able to check in early. Room was exceptionally large and beds very comfortable. A cot was delivered immediately. Village below was. Rey accessible (free shuttle bus every 15 minutes as well).

Convenient to all villages and what they have to offer. Short walking distance to fun park, hiking trails, and Peak-2-peak lifts and gondolas. Great family trip!

Great facilities and staff.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
I enjoyed our stay. We took our son to snowboarding camp and stayed to relax. Hiking and biking were great. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping as well. A beautiful drive north or south of whistler. We drove to Vancouver mid week and enjoyed the city as well. We will definitely go back
