When it comes to summer vacations, our location has it all. Bask in the morning sun on the balcony with seating on the east-facing deck. Breathe the fresh morning mountain air, hear the birds sing, and watch the sun dance on the evergreens with the promise of a hot summer’s day.

Enjoy a morning excursion 2 minutes from your back door through the magical Blueberry Trail, a 45-minute hike that winds through an Ewok-like forest alongside beautiful Alta Lake.

For a more challenging day hike, drive 10 to 20 minutes in almost any direction to experience some of the most amazing glacier lakes, waterfalls, and rocky vistas.

If biking is your thing, explore the extensive network of valley biking trails just outside your door for a day’s ride with the family. For the more adventurous, a 5-minute ride gets you to Whistler’s world-renowned mountain bike park, with downhill trails to really get your adrenaline pumping.

Whatever the day’s events, be sure to experience Alta Lake, the warmest of the Whistler lakes—a 5-minute walk from your back door, down the hill and through the forest. Spend time at the local docks and jump into the clear, fresh water to cool down, or relax in the sun while listening to the gentle lap of the water.

Rent a kayak or canoe at Lakeside Park to paddle across Alta Lake to the “River of Golden Dreams” and experience some of Whistler’s protected birdlife sanctuary habitats.

Ski-in/Ski-out Parking – The Best of Both Worlds

Included with your stay is complimentary Village parking at the Westin Resort in the centre of the Village at the gondola base (fully reimbursed).

Many guests prefer this over traditional ski-in/ski-out properties, which can be difficult for accessing the Village. Ski access is often snow-dependent, and guests may still need taxis to reach shops and restaurants.

Early season, slope-side properties often still require transportation to the lifts. During peak season, taxi wait times can be long. In addition, slope-side residences are typically two to three times the price.

With ski-in/ski-out parking:

Nice townhouse close to the mountain. It was about a 5 minute drive to lot 1 at whistler and there was a shuttle option, but we never opted for that. The view of Whistler in the morning was a fantastic site and seeing the aura borealis from our hot tub was pretty magical.

Main Issue is this should not list itself as ski-in ski-out making you find it if you select that as a filter as it is not at all. The parking that is advertised is the same parking for anyone else you just get it refunded at end of trip.Having an Vacation Rental and using them semi frequent I know reviews are essential to the business model, but think this info needs to be at the front so others dont make same mistake as me. Owner was willing to cancel once this was determined but due to concern about not finding something else we kept it. The Good: Kitchen is well equipped which makes it ideal for families to save money. Hot tub is awesome at end of day and very clean. TVs in bedrooms to relax.The Bad: One of the bedrooms goes through another so depending on group that could be a concern. Some safety things i.e. trap door that goes from lobby to 2nd floor bedroom was found by a 4yr old and not locked not sure if it is required in Canada but should have a safety lock for kids. Bunk beds upstairs dont have a railing on them if you have little kids that move around in sleep that makes them less than ideal. Overall we enjoyed our stay but probably wont be back in the future.

Overall nice place to stay. Only issues was some of the dishes are put up dirty from prior guests and the dishwasher doesn’t clean well. During the summer the downstairs gets pretty hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The upstairs has an ac system which keeps it reasonably cool. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Place worked great for our annual ski trip. Location was very easy to get to lift with a vehicle. (bus stop is close, but we just drove, and it was an easy park) Peter was also awesome to work with and very accommodating!

Great Family Ski Trip

This condo worked perfectly for our nine-person family getaway! It was clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. The hot tub was popular after skiing and the living room fireplace also made it cozy. We definitely recommend this property!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. We loved the well appointed kitchen and the layout was great for families cooking, eating, and hanging out together. The hot tub has a great view of the mountain. Parking was easy and included. Peter was a responsive host. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the beds. The queen bed on the main floor is horrible and uncomfortable. They had placed a low quality foam mattress pad on top to "fix" the problem. The mattress had a deep bend and the pad just made it worse. It was so bad that two adults elected to sleep on the floor for four nights. When we asked the kids about the single bunked beds, they said that 3 of 6 beds were uncomfortable or they didn't sleep well. The adults in the upper floor/main bedroom said that their bed was "fine/good enough". I loved the place, but we slept on the floor of a luxury condo rather than in the bed I paid for. That says it all...

Excellent Location to Whistler/Blackcomb mountains

We had a wonderful time staying at the Condo with parking directly below. Two families with 5 kids loved the outdoor hot tub accessed from the master suite upstairs. Bunkbed rooms were great for the kids. The highest bunk bed has a bed rail, but not ideal for kids who move around a lot. Mattress in Queen bed was old and may need to be replaced. We received good directions for parking, code to enter the condo and everything was set up for our arrival. We were allowed to enter a few hours early as well. Beautiful views from the windows in a quiet neighborhood. The drive is only 5 minutes down the street from the mountains. We parked at the Westin hotel which was convenient to the slopes, rentals, and ski school. Highly recommend!

Whistler Ski Vacation

Great location
3 minute drive to Whistler lifts and we just parked in the Westin parking lot
so easy! The owner was great and very quick to respond to questions. The hot tub on the balcony off the 2nd floor master bedroom was very well maintained and such a nice apres ski treat
.with a beautiful Mountain View. The neighborhood and condo building was nicely quiet
.even on New Year’s Eve! We’ll return!

Breathtaking Whistler Retreat

A memorable long-weekend getaway at the most beautiful cabin! A very quiet neighbourhood setting, whilst only minutes away from the vibrancy that Whistler village has to offer. Great amenities - a beautiful professional kitchen to cook and host in, lots of cozy places to relax and nuzzle up to a book (who says you can’t enjoy a fireplace in the summer). Your very own private hottub with mountain views, easy walk to Alta Lake + Bike trails
 so much to explore + discover! Parking directly below unit made loading/unloading very easy. Host was very communicative and understanding of our needs. Looking forward to revisiting again!

Mostly enjoyed our stay

We mostly enjoyed our stay. There were quite a lot of beds for the number of bedrooms, so the house sleeps a lot of people. Beds were clean and had warm comforters. The kitchen, living room, and fireplaces were great and made it easy to have a large family all in one place. Overall our stay was nice. We had a few minor irritations. The condo needs a little maintenance work and some deep cleaning. The owner was very easy and pleasant to communicate with, and access to Whistler was fantastic. We overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend to larger families.
