Property was well taken care of ..... however when it rains, the front patio gets wet from the vehicles that pass through or dropping guest off. Because of that I actually fell because it was wet. Front desk staff was sympathic. The manager on duty didn't even look my way. The guest above my room had children that stomped the whole and partial night. No rest for the following travel day. Don't think I'll be choosing that facility in the future

The room was superb. The staff was ok not the friendliest. The purpose of my trip was to celebration. Everything was great except for my breakfast experience. The service was slow. The food was scarce. The setup for the breakfast was really awkward having to go from one hotel to the next for breakfast. It was as if the way things were set up it was unable to handle the traffic of both hotels and maintain enough food for both hotels. Some of the staff was very rude cutting off lights in the kitchen while people were trying to get there food and shutting the doors on the guest while they were in the door way and hitting them with the door at the same time. I have never experienced anything like that at any hotel I have been to ever before. And I do travel nursing so I’m always staying in hotels all the time. On a positive note the hotel was very clean I loved my room me and my family were very pleased about that part.

Overall cleanliness was great The staff was friendly it was clean for the most part as far as condition it looks a little old and covered up but the only gripe was the beds and pillows they were terrible. Sorry but the point of a hotel stay is a place to sleep if you are going to offer that get the most important thing correct, we were also in suite.

The hotel and room were very nice. Your front desk team was exceptionally, friendly, especially the young woman who was working around 1:30 PM that day. My only complaint is that the bed was positioned in a way that made it very awkward to watch TV, despite the fact that the TV was on a pivoting mount. It affected our comfort when we were trying to watch some shows.
