Where do I begin? Do not stay here. The restaurant downstairs kept a wedding reception with a DJ blasting music going until 1:30 am on Saturday night/ Sunday Morning. Then there was a loud group of people in the morning for a “church” service. Apparently this is a hotel/nightclub/church. Terribly noisy and I couldn’t sleep at all. ATM was broken and the drink vending machine is cash only. The carpet on the stairs was disgusting and dirty like no one has ever cleaned it. They let everyone from the wedding reception park in the guest parking spots so when I arrived back at the hotel around 8pm after a long day of walking around NYC, I had nowhere to park and they were blasting music. People were just wandering around the parking lot smoking and being loud. Absolute terrible experience I want a refund. Expedia you should remove this “hotel” from your list of available locations. No one should have to stay here and experience disrespect like this from the hotel staff.

Found Bed Bugs – Do Not Stay Here We found live bed bugs shortly after checking in. Absolutely disgusting. We alerted the front desk right away and asked for a refund, but management gave us the runaround and never followed up. No accountability, no professionalism. Stay somewhere else.
