No room service. we would have to go down and get new towels or tissues if we needed. No complimentary breakfast where others always offer it. There was no in house restaurant. They were apparently painting that weekend. Although everyone was very nice - I would not stay again. Poor location too. They provided ground coffee with no maker! Like the simple things. As the rooms were built more like apartments, it lacked all the hotel essentials

Room was clean but obviously needs some serious updates. To the hotel's credit you could see some renovations were in progress and being done throughout the property. Strong suggestion they change the shower curtain set up so that the individuals using it don't feel claustrophobic while using it. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable including ADA details surrounding service dogs. Would go back if updates were made to the place especially in the handicap room.
