The hotel is cool. It’s got a cool design. It’s not a boring, dime a dozen regular hotel. It’s got a great atmosphere. The main floor is huge with a restaurant and bar surrounded by water and greenery. The hotel has a great feel to it, very welcoming. Staff is really nice. We only stayed one night but we had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Both excellent meals especially the buffet breakfast. You will have a great meal with ripe fruit and made to order omelets. It’s going to be hard to go back to the usual continental breakfast at every other hotel. Overall just a great and unique place. Note-only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because ratings mean something to me and a 5 star reserved for places like Atlantis or the 4 seasons. This hotel is best in its class. Def better than all the chains.

The property is starting to be rundown. Some areas are seriously needing more attention. Elevator and hallway was filthy. Bathroom had dirty shower curtains and mold/mildew in tub area Definitely does not deserve the high rating given on Expedia. We were hesitant about eating the breakfast, but it was clean and the food and help were good. The chair upholstery in dining area is seriously wearing out

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Bartender/Waiter was very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and drinks. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be with the breakfast waitress. If you are working for tips and taking a check with a tip included, look at your guest and say, 'Thank you.' It is NOT a guaranteed expenditure on our part.

It has been a pleasant stay since I entered the lobby. Pleasant staff, clean room. I ordered room service for dinner and it was excellent! The only thing missing is a microwave in the room. I use a heated eye mask that requires a microwave.
