You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. With the soft, warm colors of this home you'll feel right at home immediately. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The side patio provides for a great spot to relax after a fun day before heading out to the squares to dance the nights away.

This dog friendly home comes complete and includes GAS GOLF CART, GAS BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
