Comfort and Peace are yours to enjoy in this quiet neighborhood - Hawkins Village. When you are ready for activity and entertainment, just head over to the Golf Course, Recreation Centers or many Squares featuring live entertainment, dining and shopping. There are beautiful walking paths just outside the door where you will encounter breathtaking nature.

The fully stocked kitchen overlooks a great room with a dining area and comfortable furnishings in the living room area. The large primary bedroom has a queen size bed with Ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom located on the opposite end of the house is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, night stands and large closet. The adjacent second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in the oversized screened in lanai at the front of the house. There is a grassy area in back with no neighbors behind which adds to the serenity and privacy of this home.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, central heating and AC and ceiling fans in each room. High Speed Wi-fi throughout the home.

You will be in close proximity to the new Sawgrass Grove, featuring shopping, dining and nightly live music! The new Southern Oaks Champion Golf Course is a five minute golf cart ride from our home; as well as the Ezell Recreation Area with multiple Pickleball Courts, pool, etc. We are also located about a 15 minute drive to Brownwood Paddock Square with multiple restaurants, shopping and live entertainment! Grocery stores, gas, drug stores and shopping centers are within a five minutes drive. All areas are accessible by car or golf cart.
