This is an amazing location close to Magnolia Plaza, Sawgrass Grove, Riverbend and Everglades Recreation, Hogeye Preserve, Edna's on the Green, Brownwood. If you like to swim, golf, do pickleball, tennis, RC cars and boats, bocce ball, shuffleboard, disc golf, fishing, etc.-this place is the area to be! And BOW WOW, we are pet friendly. There is a dog park close by and many beautiful pathways to walk. Outdoor cardio and strength fitness stations close by. Screened in front porch, glass enclosed lanai, and a Florida room. There is a large grill and kitchen supplies for foodies! If you like to mindfully enjoy your vacations, plenty of spaces in this house to find solitude.
