Adorable Patio Villa in a prime location. Located in the heart of The Villages, one mile from Brownwood Town Square-very close to Eisenhower Regional Rec Center, Manatee family pool and Hillsboro adult pool; Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities. Many options for golf, food, and entertainment.

Complete with linens, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, wifi, patio furniture, screened in lanai, free guest passes, optional golf passes (fee), and use of a new 4 person electric golf cart. (No more messing with gas-will go up to 70 miles on a single charge). 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with king bed in master and twin beds in second bedroom.

We had a good time visiting family. The location was very nice and convenient for us to get around and visit other relatives. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. The golf cart that was included was very nice to use. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent communication, clean and great location. Was easy to get to Brownwood and Lake Sumter Squares. And the guest passes given by the owner were much appreciated, we used them to swim at the Manatee family pool. Would highly recommend this properly!

Hillsboro 2 bedroom Stay

House was immaculate and just as pictured and described. Kitchen was well equipped also. Enjoyed the use of the Golf Cart. Adult only pool is quick golf cart ride and the Eisenhower Rec Center and Brownwood Square are also nearby and easy to get to in the Golf Cart. Wonderful location and stay.

Cannot say enough about the hosts! Perfect house for a Small group looking for a place to lay their head while exploring the area. I had everything I needed and my hosts even made sure I had a few extra things that I had asked about so that I didn’t need to bring them from home. Big ones for me- bed was very comfortable and shower was perfect! Any and all questions I had were answered promptly. Would stay again.

Quick Getaway

The house was perfect! Great location. Clean, homey and comfortable. Golf cart was a plus. Diane was always available to answer any questions - she was on a cruise too! I am so glad I picked this home and will hopefully get to visit again soon!

Pretty Perfect

The Villa and it's location in the Villages was perfect for my wife and I. A patio villa is small but it was immaculate and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the screened in front porch after our fun filled days. You can't beat the location. The villa sits in between two Country Clubs both a 5 min. cart ride away. Brownwood square is at most a 10 min. cart ride (1mile) away. Pretty perfect accommodations and location for my wife and I to enjoy.

Good location close to rec center, Brownwood Square, and pool

I have a couple of suggestions, first for those of us a little older, figuring out the shift selection on the golf cart use to it being under the seat explain it is a nob in the center of the panel with charge indicator. Great cart runs smooth and 4 seater. Second, hall bath guest need to know how to make the shower work by pulling down on bottom of nozzle for water discharge. Couch in front of TV is a bit low for tall senior people. House was great once I figured out how things worked. Had a great time meeting nice people and it helps to get the weekly paper with activities schedule and the GPS app.
