Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep 4 on the floor, as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.).
Pet fee is $50 per pet, non-refundable.
Please pick up after pets outside.
No vicious breeds are permitted.
No other pets are allowed without Manager approval.

HOUSE RULES
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.

We stayed for 62 nights, the house was very well stocked .The Primary bedroom carpet was dirty and stained. The house was overall clean. The location was great. The yard needs work, all high native grasses and weeds.

We appreciated the included extras like q-tips, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and enough toilet paper for our stay. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a house under construction next door but we never noticed any noise. Maybe it was happening while we were on our adventures.Thank you for a great stay!
