â Is there electricity? Yes! We are off grid and operate off of solar power but we have hefty batteries with 9 solar panels!
â Is there running water? Yes, year round!
â The roads that lead to the home are dirt roads and because of the harsh winters have formed divots. We highly recommend bringing a truck or SUV / high profile car. also DURING THE WINTER MONTHS (OCT-APRIL) with the snow, we recommend having a truck or SUV with 4 wheel drive or all-wheel drive!!
â Is there a bathroom? Yes! There is a full bathroom with a shower, a regular flushing toilet, AN INDOOR AND OUTDOOR SHOWER, and a sink. We provide towels and soap for you.
â Is there heat? Yes! We have a thermostat controlled furnace keeping you warm on chilly nights. However, it does drop below 10Âș F in the winter so please pack accordingly.
â Is there WIFI? Yes, Starlink.
â Is there cell reception? Yes, most carriers have pretty decent cell reception out here as well!
