Nice view of the lake and convenient location, but not very clean. Limited supplies of soap, detergent, toilet paper and needed to wash dishes in the small bathroom sink. Stains on the curtains, towels and bedding. The pool is small and doesn’t look clean. Good for a short stopover only.

There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain—it was unbearable. The reception said it had been fixed, but the smell continued. We had booked a three-night stay, but we had to leave after two nights. It completely ruined our trip.

From the first the experience was less than satisfactory. The female on the desk wanted to charge an extra $30 for our room as it was ready before 2pm. We were staying for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned: towels not refreshed, bin(only 1) not emptied, beds not made. The bathroom was in need of renovation the ceiling was peeling and rust over the wall grouting missing on the floor tiles. Could hear everything going on next door and outside. The mess outside the sliding access door was a disgrace.

We headed down to Windang to relax before Christmas. I originally booked a jacuzzi room but upon arrival wanted to change to a lake view cabin. This was no problem. Dallas running the restaurant was particularly welcoming. It’s pretty basic but exactly what I needed and a short drive drive from Sydney. The view is spectacular, great for an afternoon wind down and paddle boarding. Loved watching the wildlife and amazing sunset. Will return!

The room was average at best, there was no sink for the kitchette to wash dishes and the bathroom sink was not fit for this purpose. On the plus side very comfortable bed and lots of power points.
