Tall windows with incredible mountain views and beautiful decor give this home a feeling of luxury while still being the perfect family vacation home. Let your group spread out across three levels and multiple common areas, and enjoy the expansive thoughtful design of this townhome.

Bring the family together in the main level living area with vaulted ceilings which allow for tons of natural light and space. Featuring plush leather decor, cozy blankets, innovative sleeping options, and a huge Smart TV, this is the living room of your vacation dreams. The chef in your group will love the high-end kitchen with updated appliances and a huge custom dining room table the features seating for 10. Head out to the deck to soak in the bubbling hot tub and take in the nature views or dine al fresco on the gas grill.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Queen Suite with two Queen beds on upper level, Twin/Full bunk bed plus Twin/Twin bunks in the bunk room, and King Bedroom on lower level. Plus, additional Queen sleeper sofa in the lower lounge. Sleeps up to 14 guests.

Fantastic ski base for the entire family

First time at Winterpark skiing and this home did not disappoint. All the logistical aspects were seamless and management company responded immediately when had issues getting the door lock to work (there's a trick). Very clean and everything one needs for a vacation. Note that the walk up to the ski trail is some effort but even our 9 year old did it. Just leave your skis up at top if you come back for lunch. We didn't figure out the bus schedule but really didn't need it. Hot tub isn't that large (4 person - but really 3 adults max) but is right outside door so you keep warm. Definitely recommend the home and Mgmt firm.

Really nice townhome which was perfectly sized for 2 families of four. (You can sleep more). Special bonus: everything worked (hot tub, BBQ grill, wifi, etc)!

Winterpark ski weekend

The condo is amazing. Spacious and beautiful. The management were in constant communication and super helpful. The walk to the trail is a bit tough but so much better than getting in a car. Coming home easy. Can’t say enough good things about the home and location.

Great family getaway

We gathered with our extended family for a week-long getaway. We were extremely comfortable with 5 kids (18 months - 6 yrs old) and 4 adults. The property was exceptionally nice for this age range because of the surrounding creeks & rivers that provided quick access to fun short hikes and exploring. We loved the ability to explore without having to pack up the entire family in the car and go somewhere. Quick drives to Grand Lake & Rocky Mountain National Park added to a great overall experience.

Fantastic time for a group of 13

The unit more than met our expectations for a group of nine adults and four children. The open kitchen/dining room was fantastic with a table that truly can seat a large group. We had young children with us and they could sleep soundly while the adults stayed up in the living room. Everything was as billed with more than enough bedding and towels for the hot tub. Additionally, we came during a large snowstorm and the plows are quick and came repeatedly during the day. Of note, there is a shuttle bus to bring you to the resort but the walk to the pick up location is a little far for young children in ski boots. Very doable for adults. Since we had a few non-skiers in the group, we used our own cars to shuttle us to the resort and avoid the walk. The management team was attentive and alerted us the day before that early check-in was available. Additionally, they called to check in before leaving for the day to ensure that we had everything we needed on our first night. Definitely consider this property for large group gatherings, you will not be disappointed!

Great Family Reunion

Our extended family of 11 stayed at 494 at Base Camp in Winter Park for 3 nights July 21-24th for a family reunion. Our family of 11 had enough room to enjoy time together and time alone within the house. We used the house to spend time with our other extended families for dinner each night. The kitchen and dining area is large enough to handle our 22 people very comfortably. The house is in very good condition overall. We could walk to the base camp area in less than 10 mins. We would certainly stay at 494 in the future.
