This home is located in the heart of downtown Winter Park with high-end amenities including a private clubhouse with gym & game room, shared outdoor grill & fire pit, plus a heated pool & hot tubs and easy access to everything you need for your Rocky Mountain getaway.

This lovely two bedroom condo sits on the top level (elevator access) with views looking out over the pool and hot tub below. Walk right out your door to the Rendezvous Events Center which hosts festivals throughout the year. Whip up dinner at home in the modern kitchen or walk out your door to some of Winter Park's best restaurants. When you're ready to rest easy, retreat to one of the two bedrooms, a Primary King Suite or the perfect kids room with a Twin/Queen bunk bed. Overflow guests? Check out the Queen Murphy bed in the living room or pull out the extra Twin EZ bed. Plus, this home is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring Fido to Winter Park! This townhome is pet-friendly and ready for your next Winter Park vacation.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Twin/Queen bunk beds in the Bunk Room, a Queen Murphy bed in living area, plus a Twin EZ bed for overflow sleeping. Sleeps up to eight guests.

The property was wonderful. I have used VRBO for numerous vacations. This one was tops. We had originally rented a different unit. About 5 hours prior to check in the property management unit contacted me on the slopes. They apologized for the unit not being ready and offered me another unit if it was acceptable. It was a great upgrade and we were thrilled. Everything was special, but the best thing about this was the communication with the management unit. Everyone was a quick courteous positive response!

Wonderful winter park getaway

The property was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 4. Parking was easy and the elevator helped a ton with bringing bags up. Walkable to restaurants and an easy drive to the ski slopes. Would highly recommend!

Presidents Day Getaway

Great accommodations for a long weekend getaway. Perfect location to restaurants and things to do, pool and hot tub within feet of room and lots of space to relax and unwind after a day of activities. The bunk room was perfect for our kiddos (6, 9, 11) and a large living room to sprawl out.

Perfect Ski Weekend

Thank you for providing us with the most beautiful, comfortable space for our ski weekend. We enjoyed absolutely everything the space had to offer, from the large kitchen to the comfortable beds to the shared hot tub. It was easy to get to the mountain with the bus stop a short walk from the complex. We would be absolutely thrilled to return!!

Perfect for families

This property was great. Very cute, lots of items in the kitchen including a great welcome gift. Plenty of room and a short drive to the mountain. Downtown is walking distance with lots of choices right there. The park is just outside of the parking lot- skate park, stage for summer concerts, playground and sledding. Everything was comfortable and clean. We will be back!

Great choice!

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We had plenty of room for two adults and 4 teenagers. Being our first time to visit Winterpark, we were unfamiliar with the logistics of resort, condo and grocery store/restaurants. However, the location was perfect for us having had our own vehicle to drive to slopes/grocery store. If you fly into Denver, take a shuttle to Winterpark you could get by without a vehicle as the condo is about 200 yards off of the Main Street through town where there are restaurants and a bus stop that will get you around town and to resort.
