This complex is in one of the most sought after locations in Winter Park.

About “The Trademark @ Winter Park” Unit #2:

1) Location, location, location: not only are you walking distance to the base of Winter Park ski area, but you are also one of a just a few units that are located right on the Fraser River and the Fraser River Walking Trail. Guests can walk, run, hike, bike, ski or snowshoe on the Fraser River Trail which is right outside the unit. Additionally you will have direct access to the complexes large hot tub just steps out the front door.

2) Oh, the views, views, views: again, there are just a handful of condos that can make the claim that they have some of the most stunning views of any unit located in Winter Park. In the morning, grab a cup of coffee, pull up one of the deck chairs and watch for wildlife at the Fraser River below
 no better way to start your day! When evening comes, pour yourself a glass of wine or your favorite beverage and just watch in amazement as the sunset offers a dazzling show of bright pastel colors that are unmatched anywhere in the world! One more thing
 keep your camera close by as you won’t want to miss that photo op when the wildlife come down to graze are take a cool drink from the river just below your feet. About Unit #2- The Trademark @ Winter Park": The Trademark sleeps up to 10 and with 1600+ square feet of space, everyone will feel comfortable and have plenty of room to relax and enjoy their vacation. The 3 bedrooms have all the comforts our guests would expect and make it convenient for everyone getting ready to start the day or when heading out for the evening. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with Xfinity cable for everyone to enjoy their favorite movies or sporting events. High speed internet Wi-Fi services are included as well. The kitchen is awesome! If you plan to cook in, the kitchen has a large granite work area and is stocked with everything you'll need. Need to clean clothes? We also have a stackable washer and dryer for your use as needed.

Location: The heart of the ski resort is literally outside your front door. And while the downtown is just a few minute drive down the road, leave the car and catch the free resort bus just outside the unit.

Shuttle Bus Services: In two minutes, the shuttle bus can pick you up at the entrance of the complex and take you to the base of Winter Park or Downtown throughout the year. You will also enjoy the heated, one-car attached garage, with space in front for an additional vehicle.

Other: We are located on the second level with a key activated elevator.

The Winter Park Mountain Resort: The cornerstone of Grand County, the resort offers all kinds of activities all year round. The Winter Park Ski Resort is known for its top rated ski lesson school, family friendly slopes and the #1 rated ski program, National Sports Center For The Disabled (NSCD). There is also, Mary Jane as well, which is a part of the resort and known for its moguls, tree skiing, hidden huts and generally more difficult terrain. During summer months the base area turns into a playground for everyone in the family to enjoy. Whether it be mountain biking, putt-putt, the thrilling alpine slide or just a leisurely hike from the top of the mountain to the base, there is something for everyone. Or maybe you just want to take the lift and enjoy lunch or an evening dinner at the Sunspot restaurant located 10,000 feet above sea level. While dining there, you will take in some of the most breathtaking views in the Rockies. Again, the free shuttle system runs frequently along Main Street and can get you to all the activities in just a few short minutes!

Main Street - Downtown Winter Park: Main Street Winter Park bustles with energy all year long. There are plenty of local shops to visit and every kind of restaurant imaginable. In addition to dining, you can find some great drinking establishments including 2 craft breweries and an excellent distillery. Hideaway Park Brewery is a small local brewery that has fast become a local favorite and it is mine as well. Go there and you are sure to meet a wonderful mix of locals and visitors sitting outside in the sun and just enjoying the day with an ice cold Hideaway Park craft brew in their hands.

Other local attraction/amenities include:

‱ Devils Thumb Ranch: possibly the best kept secret in the Rockies but that is changing now that the word has gotten out. The Ranch offers outstanding dining, a world class spa, horseback riding, snow shoeing, hiking and some of the best cross country skiing in the US!

‱ The Fraser Tubing Hill: So, you want a thrill like no other??? Than this is a must for you and your family/friends. This might be the best 1-hour adventure in all of Grand County.

‱ Arapaho National Forest: endless]hiking, biking, fishing and sight-seeing opportunities abound

‱ Grand Lake: over 100 miles of groomed trails for some of the best snowmobiling in the world. This small town bustles in the summer months and loads of water activities or just enjoy a stroll down the boardwalk on main street and visit the many local shops before settling down for a great lunch or dinner. One of Colorado’s favorite mountain towns to visit.

‱ Grand County: there is so much to do so be sure to tap in to the Chamber of Commerce website before your trip to see all that is offered year round. There are dinner sleigh rides, dog-sledding adventures and 4 spectacular golf courses to name a few more things to do so check it all out and take it all in! We love Grand County and we know you will too!

Fantastic snow!

We were so fortunate to stay at Jim’s place. The huge windows open up to a gorgeous view of the mountains, and we all enjoyed watching the snow cats work before we went to bed. The kitchen is stocked with every kitchen utensil a person could need. The beds were very comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the bus stop. The snow was fantastic while we were there. A truly amazing stay! Thank you!

Wonderful!

This condo is perfect for our group of seven. The location is great. We used the shuttle instead of our cars, and we even walked to the ski area a couple of times. We prepared meals each day with plenty of pots, utensils, etc. The host is absolutely amazing and quick to respond! The wall of windows facing the ski runs is a million dollar view! We can’t wait to return!

Excellent location and kitchen!

We had a group of 5 guys sharing a spot, all getting away for a ski weekend, and this spot had everything we needed. Amazing views!!! The biggest value to us though is that we all like to cook and with a couple chef's in the group, this spot had everything we needed. Quality knives, every bowl, pan or pot we would need, great spice selection, sizable fridge, and even a nice 2 burner grill on the patio. The location was great to walk about 1/4 mile to hop on the shuttle to the resort. We will definitely come back here in the future.

Great Host - Great Location

Jim is a great, very responsive host. He went out of his way to make our vacation wonderful. Property is very nice and only a few minutes to the slopes via car. Would definitely stay again. Check out the new restaurant by the A-Frames across the street for magical short ribs.

Home Away From Home

WE loved this property! It was spotless when we walked in and was stocked with pretty much everything to make our stay comfortable. All we needed was to buy groceries and then enjoy. Also - Close enough to Winter Park to walk to the base if needed. Jim, the owner, was fabulous in helping answer questions, and always answered when we called (not really necessary for any issues - but for community information) WE will stay here again and again. It is our new "spot" in Colorado!

Beautiful condo with plenty of space for 6 adults and great views

This condo was excellent - large windows overlooking the Winter Park ski slopes and the river. The living and dining areas had more than enough seating and space for our 6 adults, and the 3 bedrooms all had plenty of space. Kitchen was well-equipped and the washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. Garage parking and ski storage locker in garage were also convenient. Shuttle stop was about a 1.5 block walk, or about 3-5 minutes. Finally, communications with the owner were excellent. Only one complaint was that the complex's hot tub was in need of cleaning. Otherwise, the overall stay was excellent!

Great Overall

Beautiful full size windows facing the slopes and great condo overall. Has everything needed and is near the resort bus stop (green line). Bus stop is right by Alpine Sun Ski Rentals which is a short walk from the Condo. Condo owner (Jim) was very informative and ensured we did not have any unanswered questions. Now I know why the condo has an average 5/5 star reviews. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great place, beautiful views!

Awesome house with beautiful views! Just perfect for 8 people and a baby to stay comfortably. Very spacious, comfortable beds, great kitchen and a dining room table big enough for all of us. A little bit of a walk down to the shuttle stop but not too bad. And my only other recommendation to the owner/property manager is to include information about the hot tub in the listing or in the information packet. We didn’t read anything about a hot tub and didn’t pack swim suits, so unfortunately missed out on that perk.

A great trip!

The property is simply awesome and fully equipped. We had such an easy time booking and getting all the info from Jim. He was quick to respond to a few questions and provided all the info needed for the trip. The property itself is gorgeous, spacious, and you can’t beat the views. The large dining table was perfect to enjoy meals as well as play games! As a family who loves cooking homemade meals on ski trips, we especially loved all the kitchen had to offer - great pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. Hot tub was about a two minute walk from the front door. We got our ski/snowboard rentals from the shop around the corner which was so convenient. The bus stop was right there as well. It was simply a perfect trip!! Thank you!!

Winter Park Condo

This property is in excellent condition and well stocked with everything you would need. We are a 3 generation family who stayed in the condo for 4 enjoyable nights. Everything went smoothly and we loved the comfortable living room and excellent kitchen. We will definitely book again. Beautiful views and lots of southern light made it especially enjoyable.

I was here with a few friends and it was great. Check-in was easy, host was extremely good at communication, and the overall feel and comfort of the unit was excellent. The floor to ceiling views in the spacious living room + kitchen look right out onto the slopes, you can see people skiing. I'd highly recommend it here.

We had a great stay here in Winter Park. The condo had everything we needed to make our girls trip memorable, including amazing views of the slopes. The owner, Jim, was very accessible and attentive. I'd highly recommend this comfy place to stay in Winter Park.
