This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park with a walk out patio to the village.

First floor 1 BR with brand new king size memory foam mattress and new linens, a full kitchen & bath (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), new pull-out sleep sofa with memory foam mattress, fully furnished and ready for use.

Amenities include walk-out patio, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during winter), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, free wifi, easy access to laundry (literally across the hall) and access to slopes and trails. There is no Air Conditioner in my unit, in the building or in the entire Fraser Valley for the most part.

If you are someone who values being first in lift line in the morning or hitting the last run in the day, you cannot beat this location!!

Great location and owner was quick to respond with answers to any questions.Ski lockers were great with on /off ski access. Could walk to restauraunts and a few stores. If you plan on cooking go to grocery before you get there. Would stay there again!

No water on Thursday until 6 at night and it was brown the rest of the night and didn’t get to take shower there was no hot water and there was no hot water Fri 2 days without a shower and they said we had radio too loud but we don’t own a radio and there’s no radio at place we were gone from 9-4 and out after that downtown til 8 at night the only smoke is when we’re cooking on stove it got smoky I have never smoked in my life

This property was the perfect size for my family (3 of us) to Spring Ski at Winter Park. This is a true ski in/ski out location and would recommend for anyone who loves staying at the Winter Park Base.

Clean and well stocked with basics which was helpful. However, I would not recommend or return to this particular unit, although I highy recommend the Zephyr Lodge generally. This is on the first floor and my view was a parked pick up truck. (It says slope side but faces the opposite direction.....) There is one bed....it sinks terribly and I got such a backache so we all tried to sleep on the pull out sofa instead. I wish I knew that this unit was not a part of the main rental company. This means that you get no support from the Zephyr Lodge admininstration. In fact, my "Welcome" email was a list of what not to do including asking qustions at the front desk. We spent 2 nights/3 days and it felt very rushed getting in late Saturday with the extensive list of housekeeping we had to do before 11 am checkout. In addition to regular check out courtesies we are sued to like stripping beds and putting everything back, our "Welcome" letter informed us that we had to vacuum the entire unit, wash dishes, take out trash etc. At $800 plus parking fees, this was not quite the vacation we hoped for.
