We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5â7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.
Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.
Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate âhens/bucksâ events or âschooliesâ bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.
Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

We were very impressed from the minute we stepped into the apartment. It was a perfect size for family and easily slept 7 of us. The location was extremely convenient to shops, cafes and the beach. When we had an issue with checking in (which was totally my own fault) the property manager was easy to reach and able to assist straight away.
Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway.
We stayed for 2 nights. The property presented well just couldnât give it a 5out of5 due to no wine glasses at all and bins were full and smelt of off fish so had to call manager to organise them to be taken away
As soon as we walked through the doors, we were immediately met with panoramic ocean views.
The apartment is extremely spacious & well equipped with numerous tvâs, a dryer, cooking utensils, washing machine, centralised air-conditioning, dishwasher, multiple bathrooms/ensuite, wifi, mechanical sun shutters & blinds & the list goes on. It really made for such a comfortable stay.
In terms of location, itâs nestled in the heart of Shell Harbour village, a 1â3-minute walk to a number of cafes [ if you love your coffee you are spoilt for choice], 4â5-minute walks to the pools, 7â10-minute walk to surrounding local beaches on either side. The village has its own IGA supermarket, several amazing restaurants [recommend Relish & Tandoori Junction] which made for seamless evening dining.
What we really loved about this place is that on top of everything else mentioned, is twofold. The first is that the apartment sits on its own floor allowing for your own privacy. This brought my wife & me such comfort not having to worry about noisy neighbours. The second was that our stay was made even more pleasant by the large veranda & outdoor seating area. We enjoyed our morning and afternoon coffees overlooking 180 degrees of panoramic ocean views. Morning sunrises and evening sunsets overlooking the water were breathtaking.
