"As much as I wanted to love this hotel, it is a high-end hotel. We had a lot of issues when we arrived. I had placed a bid to upgrade our room to a one bedroom suit, and when we landed in Miami, I got a notification that our bid was approved and that we were gonna be upgraded , but when we checked in they had no idea about our bid being approved. There was a lot of back-and-forth between the manager and the front desk and they told us that they don’t have the one bedroom suites available, even though they had said we won the bid. Then I asked for a rollaway bed which I had by the way emailed them before our arrival and asked them to save a rollaway bed and they assured me that they would have roll away beds and not to worry, but when we got here there they had no rollaway beds Available. they gave us a room at the Tresor Tower when we got to the building. There was a long line to get on the elevator, which was strange. We had to wait 20 minutes to get on the elevator to go up to our rooms . Once we got to our room the first two days of stay we couldn’t get an elevator in that tower so we had to take the stairs from the ninth floor going up and down. Having had knee-surger, that was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.then they call me and tell me they have a rollaway bed available but when we got back to our room at midnight , no rollaway bed ! We had to share a bed and sofa!"

"I stayed here one night before taking a cruise. My flight arrived at 5 PM, so I wouldn’t have had time to enjoy the beach or a fancy hotel’s amenities, so I saved money and I reduced logistics—I didn’t have to get from the airport to my hotel and the next morning I just walked downstairs and caught a cruise line shuttle to the pier. The hotel was clean and easy. There are several food options in the airport outside of security. I will stay here again."

"A little dated but clean and amazing rooftop pool area. Fun, cheerful and Miami vibes. The staff I would give 10 stars. Super nice and Maria greeted us with such kindness to where it felt like she was welcoming us to her home. Word of advice if you wish to sleep late ask to be put in the building without the rooftop pool. They have the music rocking at 9am. Beach access across the road and fabulous food walking distance. "

"The room smelled musty and we found mold. We both woke up in the morning with sore throats that cleared up soon after we left. Due to the condition of the room we weren’t comfortable eating in the restaurant. I did ask for a glass of milk and was refused. Told they didn’t have any? The shuttle to the pier didn’t start until 10:00 which was too late for our embarkation time. The staff were barely civil and were more interested in chatting with each other than taking care of their guests. Would never stay there again! "
