Great location

Very conveniently located in the heart of Wynwood. A simple and honest house, easily accessible, with a large space for a car (and even several cars). 5 double beds which can accomodate a group willing to discover Wynwood and Miami. Good choice ! Thanks to Kaya !

Excellent location in the heart of Miami neat everything

Perfect for my family of 6 for a couple of days in Miami prior to a weekend in the Keys. Location is ideal in Wynwood - 15 minutes from anywhere you wish to go (airport, South Beach, little Havana, Coral Gabled, U of Miami, etc) and walking distance to Arts district. Host communicated well, the place was clean and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was set up nice for anyone staying longer than a few days. Highly recommended.

Overall nice

Things were as listed and clean. Parking for multiple vehicles within the property.At first sight neighborhood looks questionable, but no problems at all. Good location with short distance to interesting places in Wynwood.The neighbor's roosters was difficult to overcome in the early mornings (most of us ended up sleeping with earplugs).

Just what we needed for 1 night before cruising

Property isn’t in the best neighborhood, but it was close to airport and cruise port. Unit smelled a little musty. Unit was tidy, beds were clean, but everyone’s feet/socks were black from walking around the unit. We only stayed one night after flying into Miami and before leaving on a cruise. In short, I’d stay here again for another night, but would look for something else if vacationing in Miami, and not just passing through.

Great Property

Fantastic property. Very clean. Having 3 bedrooms was a game changer. Short walk to local restaurants and bars in Wynwood. Would stay again the next time I venture to the Miami area.

Night before a Cruise

We were looking for a convenient place to spend the night prior to departing on a cruise. This home was near a vibrant downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was also convenient to the airport and the Port of Miami. The host was very helpful when we needed an earlier check in time. The home was clean and comfortable for 8 adults. The neighborhood was a little older, but I would stay here again.

The pictures are good inside. However this location is located in a very bad neighborhood. I selected this place because it had enough beds to accommodate my Cruise Group. The group came up from Jamaica to cruise from Port of Miami and only needed a one night stay. When the first person arrived to the apartment the lock would not work. This was a big deal because the apartment is located in a very bad neighborhood, there was garbage on the floors, the fence had a rooster sitting on it. The neighborhood looks and can be very dangerous and honestly it was scary for my guests. I had my guests try a few more times and then called the phone listed for Kaya. A person answered (she was not Kaya) and said send a video and then hung up. We called her back but she did not answer. I walked her through the steps again. We tried a couple more times we added one additional step
code, turn lock and pull door handle we finally got in. The ad says heart of Wynwood however it’s not true. Wynwood is a walkable area this location is not. I would not recommend this spot. I’m a local travel agent and I would not place any of my clients here again. If I could attach pictures in this review I would show you.

Miami trip

Overall a very good value for the price charged. The place is set up for large groups (it can sleep up to 10) with the kitchen stocked for eating at the home, but not for preparing large meals. There was a very cute cat that visited us every day, but we could have done without the 6am wake up calls from the roosters that live next door. The neighborhood was fine and you are very close to many activities and sites in the Miami area.
