Hopefully this hotel is undergoing an upgrade. If not then it should be. Not terrible but very old and somewhat worn out.

Definitely not worth the stay

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had in years. The place was definitely in need of repair, the microwave was broken, the coffee maker was broken, the bathroom floor was so slippery that you scared acrossed it from some sort of wax or oil. The air conditioning was not adjustable so you either had to turn it on or off. The carpet had recently been shampooed and was damp and smelled terrible. I was woken up several times during the night by barking dogs in the hotel . If it hadn't been the end of a very long day of driving I would have kept on the road for another place but they're also would not have been a refund.

False advertising

Realized this hotel was falsely advertising a suite type room when all it amounted to was a bed and a single chair. Very basic hotel room, not a suite to support extended stay needs.

Noisy beds

The bed was so noisy and ultimately could not stand the squeaking. I asked if another room was available and that room had the same problem. This alone made me want to leave and in fact one of my colleagues did.

It was our 10 year anniversary and wanted the jetted whirlpool which i reserved. We got a regular bathtub that didn’t even drain properly. the front desk just said he needed to call someone for technical issues. thee technical issue was that room didn’t exist and said unavailable. The front desk didn’t bother to tell us that but i overheard him on the phone when he was speaking about it being unavailable. My husband went down to see what happened to our room we booked and the guy said they have been telling expedia the property does not have a room with a whirlpool. Bar of soap where the sink is was used same with the toilet paper. There were nasty smeared hand prints all over the tv screen the phone was gross and sticky.

Staff and cleanliness was good and friendly. Property needs some serious updates and landscaping was really neglected. Felt bad for staff, one person handling everything and multiple times sign was up because they couldn't be at desk since they were attending to another matter.

Outdated & Lacking basic necessities

Overall a big let down for it being part of the Radisson or Choice brand. Hardly anyone available during the night whether sleeping or all together not present on the premise. Multiple issues with the reservation and payments. Doesn't seem like those working the desk know how to do a reservation properly. Breakfast was hit or miss depending on who's doing it.
