We enjoy staying here when we visit York. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms well-appointed and very clean, and the location is central to most of what and who we come to visit.

This place is 100% racist. Told me that they had No vacancies. But I showed her on line that they did. Instead of her looking in her system to allow me to book the room at the government rate. Staff told me to book the room online, they would adjust the rate. She said ok, and that my room would be $187.00. But upon checking out, the bill was $268.77. And when I asked for a copy of the receipt, I was told No. I couldn’t have it. This place is NOT COLOR FRIENDLY. They don’t want us there, and we should not support this business.
