"The room we had was recently renovated. Our room had the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service from the train station for arriving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The food was amazing, every night the main course and dessert was different. The staff were friendly as well. It was a pleasant experience and very relaxing."

"Awesome place in Zermatt, close to the train station, centrally located to all shopping places and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and the place was extremely well kept.
