"My husband and I had a wonderful 11 night stay at the Americas Granada Hotel. The hotel has all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the public areas of the hotel are extremely clean. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming and the service by the front desk, the housekeeping and the restaurant workers is excellent. You can easily access all major tourist sites from the hotel and the hotel’s rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the surrounding area is an added bonus. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable and there are a few good places to eat around the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"They've made a lot of improvements and upgrades to the hotel. The only issue is Wi-Fi which is going to be a problem since this is an old building with marble. It is a very beautiful building to look at especially the center of it and it is close to everything you need from transportation to restaurants. It's also close to a lot of bars and pubs and nightlife. The only thing that I wish is that we would go back to using ethernet internet. Sad to say though, those days are long gone and we'll have to stick with Wi-Fi. Oh I was saying that room service from the restaurant and the food is good."
