We asked for the room to be cleaned at reception and it was recorded on the system, this was not done. We also asked and paid for a airport view room on the 4th floor this was also not done. the chap on the desk at check in said only requested nothing guaranteed. This hotel was also card only not everyone in our group had cards. shame it was a nice hotel.

The hotel itself is well-kept, extremely convenient relative to the airport and the business I needed to conduct. Breakfast is well-presented and easy. However, this time when I checked in, the staff member stated that there was a CHF 65 fee, as I now understand it for early check-in, but he would waive that fee if I scanned the QR code on top of the desk and give them a 5-Star rating immediately. I consider this "Ratings Extortion," extraordinarily unprofessional, and horrible Guest Experience. I gave that rating, as bribed to do so, to avoid that fee...not because they deserved it. Note: extorting Guests to give great ratings in exchange for unreasonable and unwarranted favors is not a great way to sustain or grow a business.

An basic airport hotel and was great for the one night as we passed through Switzerland. The family room was 2 interconnecting rooms which worked out well with 2A + 1C. Helpful with a Subway and Aldi and also and another supermarket across the road. Barely heard the planes (we were on the road side) but if you a light sleeper, you may.
