"We were checked in room 105 and the room smelled nasty. We opened windows to vent air for more than 30 minutes to no relief. We asked to be moved and the staff said there was no available room. So we left and stayed at another place rather than risk our health."

"No live front desk help. Room was used-- lights were on, trash on bed n in trashcan, smelled like smoke, bed sheets/ blanket looked used. Couldn't reach anyone to move or get refund. Lot of weird people hanging around outside. Some guys tried chasing us before we parked. No security."
